Sec.01 — How it works

Set it once. Never touch a dirty bin again.

Florida heat turns a trash bin into a science experiment in about a week. Here’s how we handle it, on repeat, without you thinking about it.

  1. Step 01

    Reserve online

Pick a plan, tell us your address and trash day. Takes about two minutes. You get a text confirming your first clean.

  2. Step 02

    We come after trash day

We time our route to run right behind the trash truck. Leave your empty bins at the curb — that’s your whole job.

  3. Step 03

    200° deep clean + sanitize

Pressurized 200°F water scours the inside and out. Then a hospital-grade sanitizer kills 99.9% of bacteria — E. coli and salmonella included.

  4. Step 04

    Sparkling at your curb

Deodorized with an eco-friendly, long-lasting treatment and left at your curb. You get a text: done.

Sec.02 — The BluWave difference

A garden hose is not a cleaning system.

Plenty of folks will rinse a bin. Read the spec sheet before you hand anyone your gate code.

Comparison of BluWave Bin Cleaning against typical bin cleaning services
Spec BluWave Typical service
Wash temp 200°F pressurized hot water, inside and out Cold hose rinse
Sanitizer 99.9% kill rate, hospital-grade — E. coli, salmonella None, or a splash of generic soap
Deodorizer Long-lasting, eco-friendly treatment Masking fragrance that fades in days
Products Professional, eco-friendly — safe for kids, pets, and lawns Whatever’s on the truck
Timing Routed right after your trash pickup “Sometime this week”
Confirmations Automatic text before we come and when we’re done You find out when you check the bin

Sec.04 — Service area

Built for Nocatee. Run by a neighbor.

BluWave is a one-operator outfit based right here. The person who answers your text is the person who cleans your bins — and the route is tight enough that we’re at your curb the same day the truck is.

What the neighbors say

I didn’t realize how bad the bins were until they weren’t. They came right after pickup, and minutes later the bins looked brand new and smelled like nothing. Worth every penny in July.
K.M. · Crosswater
Booked online in two minutes, got a text when they were done. The garage doesn’t smell anymore. Should have done this a year ago.
D.R. · West End
On time, professional, and the no-contract thing is real — we paused a month while traveling, zero hassle.

Sec.06 — Questions

Asked and answered.

Q.01Do I need to be home?

No. Leave your empty bins at the curb after pickup and we handle the rest. You’ll get a text when we’re on the way and another when your bins are done.

Q.02When do I pay?

After the work is done. Once your bins are cleaned, your invoice arrives by email — pay online by card in a few seconds. Nothing to pay when you book, no cash at the curb, no card number given over the phone.

Q.03What happens if it rains?

We clean in normal Florida rain — the bins are getting wet either way. If there’s lightning or a tropical system, we push your clean to the next safe day and text you the new time. You never have to chase us for a reschedule.

Q.04Do you use my water or electricity?

Neither. The rig carries its own water supply and heats it onboard to 200°F. Dirty water is collected back into the truck — not left running down your driveway into the storm drain.

Q.05How long does a clean take?

About five minutes per home for two bins. Wash, sanitize, deodorize, done. You could watch from the window with your coffee and not finish the cup.

Q.06How do I cancel or pause?

No long-term contract. Recurring plans (Monthly, Refresh) have a 3-clean minimum to start — after that, text or email us and it’s done: no cancellation fee, no “retention specialist.” Going out of town? We’ll skip a visit and pick back up when you’re home.

Q.07What about extra bins or recycling bins?

Every plan includes two bins — any mix of trash and recycling. Each additional bin is $5 per clean, and a single bin has its own lower rate on every plan (Monthly $15, Refresh $20, One-Time $20). Add extras during booking or text us later; we’ll adjust your plan before the next visit.

The truck runs this week. So do we.

Two minutes to book. Five minutes at your curb. Bins you don’t hold your breath around.
